Try eating 5-6 meals a day! That would make you be eating every 3hours. You don't have to really stuff yourself every meal. Just eat until your hunger is sufficed. Gaining weight is like applying for a job. At first, you're not used to doing your current task. But as time flies, you're able to do them just fine. Same with your body in weight gain. At first your body couldn't handle the sudden food intake but as time goes, it'll get used to it.
